A water mist fire extinguisher uses deionized water and turns it into ultra-fine droplets to suppress fire. The non-conducting deionized water leaves no residue and offers great fire protection in electrical fire emergencies. Except for Class D fires, water mist fire extinguishers can be used for almost every fire Class, but are prominently used for Class A, Class F (K), and limited Class B.
