I’m heading to Scandinavia for 10 days, a trip I’ve been eagerly anticipating. I’m particularly excited to experience sauna culture, see wildlife like reindeer, explore Viking history, and learn about winter sports, outdoor living, and World War II resistance in the region.
When I mentioned hoping to see reindeer, my wife jokingly asked if they’re real—I assured her they are, just without the flying or red noses.
